If you find a workout, you can tweak it and make it your own!! I did this workout today, but I beefed it up a little! I used the 45 on, 15 rest formula
Weighted jacks
Mountain climbers using the bosu
Weighted jump rope
Burpees with the medicine ball
Squats holding a kettle bell
Resistance running using tubing
Held dumbbells during jumping squats
Ran 2 minutes and 1 minute plank between each set
5 sets total
