First day back in office for in-person therapy in 16 months. Chair still there…waiting. Good to be back! Connecting in person felt uplifting.

Alone or lonely? Cultivate aloneness, find meaning in it, find freedom in it, find yourself in it independent of others ideas about you or your need for them. It’s peaceful.

Accept a wide range of feelings in your partner. It’s beneficial to accept negative emotional experiences as valid and a natural response, not to judge them. Asking how can I help- needs to be followed with the words “right now” to be the most effective. Try it and let me know how it goes. 😀

Bonds between people are the strongest because emotions hold the strongest energy. So it takes energy to change patterns. This is a challenging time and feels threatening to all who have been thinking in bias, limiting and unconscious ways. Let’s wake up, confront our bias, have conversations that open our eyes and hearts to ending hate in every form. 🙏💕
