Effective immediately implementing a no call no show and cancellation policy!
This means a credit card/debit card is required to book an appointment! The card is not charged until after the service is rendered UNLESS you show no respect and no call no show or fail to cancel within two hours of your scheduled time. In that even YOUR card will be charged 100% of the service skipped or 50% for not provided the required cancellation notice. Yesterday I had 5 no call no shows and it will NEVER happen again. I will w**d out the clowns and they can go anywhere but my shop and be disrespectful!

Unfortunately due to an increase no call no shows (i hade 4 today thats over $100 in income and 2 hours of my time wasted)! I will NOW require a credit card on file. I will have two prices a credit card price and a cash price. The card will NOT be charged until the check out procedure so you will have the ability to pay the cash price and save money. The credit card prices reflect fees outside of my control. If you no call no show your card will be charged for 100% of the cost of the service skipped. Don’t book if you ain’t sure you can make it. PERIOD!
A client can absolutely pay with cash instead of the card on file, even with Booksy No-Show Protection enabled. The card on file is used for security against last-minute cancellations or no-shows, not as the mandatory payment method for completed services. When the client is present, i will process the payment normally using cash, card on file etc.No-Show Scenario: If you do not show, I will use the No-Show Protection feature to charge the stored card. No more wasting my time.
Three no shows is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! If you were one of them you are fired! Don’t ever book again here! Go to a walk in shop where their livelihood doesn’t revolve around people being where they say they are going to be when they say they will be there. Complete lack of respect for a persons time. An hour and a half wasted! Thank you for demonstrating why I choose my clients not the other way around!
