In fact, it is important to monitor levels of erythema (redness) and stop working in any areas where pinpoint bleeding is occurring. Yes, you can expect some levels of redness following and that usually subsides within 24-48 hours.

I turned 30 and decided to take some much needed time to travel, reset, and prioritize my wellness. It hasn’t been easy for me to allow myself the space to do so without feeling guilty for one reason or another. However, for me to show up at my fullest and be able to pour into my clients, I have got to pour into me. I think that’s one of the biggest lessons I am learning.

My studio is a safe space to unwind and rejoice in your wellness, internally as much as what’s on the skins surface. Without guilt. Without second guessing if you “should” invest in yourself.
