After taking some time to heal from a minor injury, I’m officially returning to work Tuesday, April 28th — and I can’t wait to get my hands back on my amazing clients 🤍

This little pause was a reminder of something I always tell you all… listen to your body. Rest when you need it. Heal properly. You only get one body, and taking care of it isn’t a luxury — it’s a necessity.

I’m so grateful I was able to take the time to recover, and even more excited to get back to doing what I love most: helping you feel your absolute best.
