🫶I do not like to make resolutions. So this year I am setting GOALS for myself:

⭐️Teach my son how to drive, and not have a heart attack while doing so. He is actually pretty good - everyone else scares the s**t out of me.

⭐️Not to be so hard on myself, do not beat myself up when I stumble on my face, get the f**k back up - positive thoughts=positive energy and energy radiates 🌟

⭐️Actually "date" my husband. Relate to one another. We are together 24/7 - we get lost in that.

⭐️Meet up with friends and family more often, laughing is the best medicine! I have some amazing people in my life, who I definitely need to spend more time, and reconnect with.

⭐️READ - I LOVE reading, and I never set aside me time to do so!

⭐️Say YES - to something I do not want to. I did that last month with Rodan+Fields ... and it is still SCARY. So, something else out of my comfort zone. Not sure what that may be, BUT I will know when it comes along ….. stay tuned!

⭐️Explore something or somewhere new AT LEAST once a month! I think this is so important. There is SO much out there to see and experience, and I love adventures - fuel for the soul!

👉Life should not be full of things that do not bring any amount of joy. I got a really good look at this front and center when moving last month. We had a home FULL of "things" ... and for what?!?!?! Each thing represented time worked, and money spent, and very little of it had meaning or brought joy. Memories bring all the feelings, and in the end that is all we will have - and I fully intend to live my life creating as many as I can.

🫶For me 2023 is about a sound mind, body and soul. That is something I am going to have to work for ... Every.Single.Day.

🥳🥳🥳Happy New Year All - there is no new year, new me - it’s new year, same Beth - just slightly improved outlook. Not going to settle and stay in my so called “comfort” zone …. Which isn’t even all that comfortable to be honest 💪 Screw boundaries, we are meant to color outside the lines. Stop trying to perfect the imperfections. Embrace every single one of them 😉
