She look like a Fit Barbie 😆

At some point in your journey, the scale is going to feel like your biggest enemy.

You’ll step on it, expecting validation, and instead feel disappointed, frustrated, maybe even a little defeated.

That’s why, as a coach, there comes a point where I stop asking, “What does the scale say?” and start asking, “How do you feel?”

How are your clothes fitting?
How is your energy?
How is your confidence?
What do the measurements say?

Because sometimes the scale stops telling the whole story.

This is the best I’ve ever felt in my body, and no, it’s not the smallest I’ve ever been.

During competition prep, I was leaner, but I didn’t always feel better. My face looked sunken, my body felt depleted, and I realized something important: the softness we carry in our face, our curves, our femininity—that matters too.

I had to ask myself if I wanted to do another show and why I was doing it in the first place. Maybe it was the makeup, the lights, the sparkle of the suit under the stage lights. Maybe it was the challenge.

But when I look at this photo, I don’t see a number on a scale.

I see strength.
I see confidence.
I see balance.

And for me, that’s perfection.
