Another great workout at F45 Training Winter Springs this morning! I canβt say enough great things about this location.
Itβs been a while since Iβve worked out. I had a hard time finding a place I was happy with, that met all my needs, until now. This is the place for me.
The owners are super nice and truly care about you and your health and fitness goals.
They always make sure I have what I need at the stations to modify the exercise due to my bad back and other injuries.
If you are looking for a new place in the New Year to begin your fitness journey, I highly recommend F45 Training Winter Springs!
Stop by and check them out today! πͺπ»

Remember and Honor
Do you hold onto the treadmill while running or walking?
I see so many at the gym doing this, it hurts to watch!
Please don't hold on for the following reasons:
1. Holding onto the treadmill makes the workout less intense - resulting in fewer calories burned.
2. Holding on gives you a false sense of progress. In the real world, do you walk or run while holding onto a machine?
3. Sure, add an incline to your walk or run to increase intensity, but when you are holding on you are also leaning back, making the body perpendicular to the machine; net effect - no incline at all! Canceling out the incline and the benefits!
4. Injury may occur. By holding onto the machine you are aligning your body in an unnatural way, you increase the risk for longer-term injuries and pain β especially in the shoulders, knees, lower back and hips.
5.Running or walking on a treadmill helps improve your bodyβs balance β but all of that is thrown out the window when you hold on.
