‼️Consistency is key 🔑 active ingredients take time to work if you keep switching it up your throwing your skin through a loop leading to irritation and breakouts. Stay consistent to unlock your full potiential ‼️

‼️You have to wear SPF EVERYDAY, even if your inside all day some lights came even give off uva or uvb rays. Even just a 10 minute car ride eve try day can add up to an hour of sun exposure by the end of the week. Not to mention most active ingredients cause photosensitivity causes more potential for sun damage, which can lead to loss in treatment results and your skin not seeing progress‼️

‼️Cheap LED lights are a waste of your money. Blue light needs to be near or at 465 nm in order to kill acne causing bacteria. Red light must be at or near 640 nm to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. Do your research on a good light before buying the cheapest promise online. ‼️
