I should be preparing for my half marathon this weekend but, sadly, I've been super busy and slacking in the working out department. Thank goodness for sisters (Cate) who walk with you when you need to clear your head and get out to get some form of exercise, and also for Wild Rose Beauty Elixir. I may not have time for makeup but at least my skin looks radiant and clear ;)
Affirmation: I am grateful for every blessing God has and will ever create for me.

Day 4: 30 Day Cleanse
Mondays are always tricky when you're trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Part of the key (I've found) is preparation. I always try to have my meals prepared as much as I can so that it's one less thing to worry about. I'm also much less likely to grab something unhealthy if I've already set myself up for success. Today I ate Zoodles with a pesto sauce made with Organic Green Complex for added nutrition (recipe below!!). You can also add a tsp of Omega 3.6.9 oil :)

Day 3: 30 Day Cleanse
Affirmation of the day: I am always attracting fun things into my life.
My fun thing today was trying Group Power with one of my favorite people:) I definitely would not have tried it without her (I'm too chicken). I am very appreciative of the people in my life who push me out of my comfort zone to discover new and exciting (and fun) things to try.
Workout of the day: 55 minutes of weights (Group Power) at the RDV. I felt like Spongebob with my light, little barbells, but I'm getting there :)

For lunch today: Paleo Caesar Salad with my 3.6.9 Omega Oil for added Nutrition :p (I posted the recipe in the picture description)

Day 2: 30 Day Cleanse
My affirmation today was "I have the power to create change"
Definitely good advice on many levels. It's easy to feel powerless when faced with big changes and decisions but making small changes daily can have an enormous impact on our lives. Every journey begins with one small step.
