Sauna helps your body tolerate heat stress. So I can go out for a mid-day summer bike ride and not have to worry too much about the temp. Yes I still need to be careful in this heat and yes I still need to hydrate and make sure I’m getting electrolytes. but I know my body can handle it because I have trained it.

Courtney will be hosting sauna sessions tomorrow 6/21 at 9am and 10:30am so Ryan can enjoy his Father’s Day! You might see him in the sauna though 🙂
