There’s something so special about attending a wedding with older children — watching them take in the love, the laughter, the traditions, and realizing how much life has changed over the years. It hits differently in the best way.

Tonight was a beautiful evening spent with family as we celebrated Matt’s nephew getting married. Moments like these remind me just how grateful I am to have been welcomed into this family with open arms all those years ago. The love, support, and memories we’ve built together mean more than words can explain.

And after tonight, I know one thing for certain — his beautiful bride is just as lucky as I am. 💕

Today my husband and I participated in a Ruck Walk supporting Mental Health — a cause that sits incredibly close to my heart. ❤️

People from all over the community came together — Woodhaven, Brownstown, and so many surrounding areas — each person carrying weight, whether physically in their ruck or emotionally in ways unseen. There was something incredibly powerful about walking beside so many people who understand that everyone is fighting battles we may never fully see.

As I sit and reflect on today, one thing stands out so deeply to me… the power of community and sisterhood.

We had FIVE different nutrition clubs come together today. Five women-led businesses. Five groups serving shakes, teas, snacks, and healthier lifestyles… yet there was zero competition. Just love, support, encouragement, laughter, and women cheering each other on. 👏

And honestly? That is what success should look like.

In a world that constantly tells women to compete, compare, and guard their “spot,” today was a reminder that there is room for all of us to grow. There is room for all of us to succeed. When you genuinely support others — especially people doing the SAME thing you do — something beautiful happens: entire communities become stronger.

I’m forever grateful for the sisterhood I’ve found through this journey. The friendships. The encouragement. The circle of people who continue to remind me that collaboration will always be more powerful than competition.

Today filled my cup in more ways than one. 🫶

I wish you knew just how much you would overcome—every single adversity thrown your way.

I wish you knew you were never a screw up… no matter how many times you were told that. You were always meant for more—more than what was modeled before you.

I wish you knew that chapters 16–24 would feel impossibly heavy… some of your darkest moments. But you don’t stay there—you rise.

I wish you knew that going against the norm wouldn’t break you… it would build you. It would open doors you never even imagined.

The growth, the healing, the inner work, the self-love that came from saying yes to something others didn’t understand… it’s priceless.

Younger me—we made it.
And the best part?
We’re just getting started. 💚

All I have to say is… you need a woman in your life who uplifts you when you need it most. 🤍
She’s been my rock for more than half my life and continues to show up for me in ways that never go unnoticed.

The smallest acts can make the biggest impact. The past couple days, I was an emotional wreck and needed to refill my cup… and without hesitation, she stepped in.

My kid (aka her fourth child 😅) wanted to stay after school — not only did she keep her, but she made her steak just the way Sophia wanted. Meanwhile, I got to take a yoga class and sit in the sauna, sweating out every last tear 🤣😘

This right here is what it means to have a circle. So incredibly thankful for mine ⭕️💫
