Grief is such a strange emotion. It shows up at your door like an unexpected guest, makes space in your home & never really leaves. Their body here but soul gone, leaving only the memories of their time here.
Yesterday we lost my sweet chicken Virginia after spending the last month nursing her back to health from peritinosis & a dislocated hip but it wasnt enough to save her. She was the sole survivor of a neighbors flock who was taken out by a coyote. We have no idea how she survived but she found herself in our backyard and never left. ❤️

Me & Tes from Cloud Nine Massage tried our first ever pressotheraphy. If you havent tried this out for lymphatic movement/drainage, grab a friend because its a must try! She even has a full body outfit that looks like a space suit.👨‍🚀

About a month ago I started carrying a small line of natural fibers - both new & vintage. These are mostly cottons with some linen, bamboo & true silk pieces here & there. I cant believe how many of you loved the idea & the pieces. I just did a small restock on new tops & will be adding more warm sweaters & long sleeves as the weather cools down.

Loofahs are huge right now! I think ill end up with around 15 this year. Whole loofahs and loofah pieces will be available late November (ish). Loofah soaps in December.
These natural sponges are great for exfoliation or dish washing.
