Ronda’s Million Dollar Miracle

It’s been a little while since I have updated y’all. No news is good news! Ronda is doing well. She has been able go home for a few days at a time. If all goes well she will be home for good on Friday. She will still have appointments to go to occasionally, but she doesn’t have to stay!!! Her last pet scan was great, she went from a score of 5 down to two. I pray that her next scan will show no evidence of disease. Ronda continues to be extremely tired, but that is expected. Rest heals! Keep the prayers coming!

I talked with Ronda earlier tonight. She sounds amazing! Still very tired, but that is to be expected. She doesn’t have to go to Fred Hutch as often. If all goes well, she can go back home on April 4! Keep the prayers coming. Pray that her jacked up T-cells are kick in’ butt!

A message from our warrior!

I haven't posted any updates in a bit. Still stuck in Seattle. Spending a lot of time at Fred Hutch but getting a few breaks now too. Energy is next to zero. But other than than that I'm doing well.

I talked with Ronda tonight! She is still doing well! She is losing her hair again, fingers crossed that she won’t have to shave her head again. Oh, well. It’s only hair. It will come back again! She has to go to the doctor everyday and do bloodwork. She’s a rock star! Keep the prayers coming! We love you Ronda!

Ronda was released from the hospital today! I have not talked to her today, but I bet she is happy to be out. The hotel is not home, but she will get more rest without the doctors and nurses watching everything she does. What a warrior!

I talked with Ronda tonight. She sounds great and she was her normal loopy self!🤣🤣. No fever since late last night/early this morning. She is hoping to be released from the hospital soon. She will have to remain in her hotel in Seattle until the end of March. She has to be able to get to the hospital fast in case she gets sick or runs a fever. The prayers are working! Keep them coming!

Well darn! One step forward and two steps back. Ronda started running a fever again tonight. She was hoping to be released from the hospital, but that’s out for now. She was in good spirits when I talked to her earlier. Keep the prayers coming!

Ronda posted today on her personal page. I think she has turned a corner 🤞🏼! Please continue to pray that this treatment is finally going to be the one to conquer her lymphoma! I hope to see the Ronda below in the picture again really soon!

I talked with Ronda a little bit ago. She is still running a fever and her blood pressure is extremely low. She said she is on a ton of medications and they are keeping a close eye on her. Please keep the prayers coming! These are all normal side effects. Hoping this will be the worst of it and that she will start to feel better soon!
