Beginner Braiders tip: pre-parting is definitely helpful! But it’s just like cooking. Once you’ve made the same dish a few times or have been cooking for a while, you no longer have to follow a recipe to the T! Or driving. Once you’ve driven to a certain place a few times, you no longer NEED a map (even though I turn on maps to go home all the time🤣) Same with braiding!
