We're at the market in Abbeville today until 1, with our plants and gardening supplies as well as my apothecary items. Stop by and say Hi if you're in the area! 😊

Plantain is making a strong presence on our farm right now. It's large, beautiful and everywhere. I pulled out Backyard Medicine to see what nature is offering. Plantain tea is used for coughs, bronchitis, irritable bowel, hemorrhoids, hay fever. Combines well with mint and elderflower for allergies and hay fever. Adding mint and/or ginger should be nice for digestive issues.

We're at the Abbeville market until 1 today. At the old Stine location.
