Still bigger than I'm used too, but I love me at eveey size and I am taking it superrr slow. I have more energy and am getting way more organized by doing my life with 75 hard.

This week has been so challenging, but my workouts helped me clear my thoughts Dailyyy! Literally, it gets so loud in there, but putting myself first with my challenges help me show up better for everyone else.

The people we surround ourselves with will help us tremendously to push through.🙏I have been blessed with amazing women and men in my life, and I continue choosing who with constantly.
