Tadra Hair operates by appointment only.
I operate on an appointment-based service, therefore walk-ins are unavailable.
To provide every client with a quality and personalized service, all appointments must be booked in advance. This allows me enough time to prepare the right products, tools, and service experience for you.
Every Policy in place is designed to prioritize the health, care and maintenance of your hair.
💰 Upfront Payment Policy:
To secure your appointment, an upfront payment is required.
No upfront payment = no confirmed appointment.
This policy helps me:
✨ Secure your booking and protect your appointment time.
✨ Reduce last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
✨ Prepare the correct products and treatments based on your hair needs.
✨ Prepare your aftercare essentials, including items such as silk scarves, serum, and maintenance products.
Every client’s hair is unique. Not all hair requires the same care, which is why I use your booking information to prepare clarifying, moisturizing, and treatment products that best suit your hair type and service.

To help me prepare everything needed for your appointment, upfront payments are kindly requested 1-2 days before your scheduled appointment, regardless of your preferred payment method.

If you prefer to pay by cash, we can arrange a suitable time and place for payment collection before your appointment.

I am currently working on a booking link to make the process easier and more convenient for everyone.
If you prefer not to go back and forth through messages, you will soon be able to simply click the booking link, select your service and available time, and complete the booking process all in one place.
The booking system will also show available and reserved appointment slots, so once a time has been secured by a client, others will be able to see that the slot is no longer available.
