Pourquoi ce nom ? Depuis toute petite, ma famille m’a toujours appelée Sissi. Ce surnom m’est resté parce que j’étais fascinée par les films de Sissi l’impératrice. C’est devenu une part de moi, un prénom affectueux que j’ai décidé de faire vivre à travers ce projet. Une fleur qui s’ouvre, une énergie positive qui se déploie, quelque chose de doux qui prend vie. Et aussi, parce que… Sissi Bloom, ça sonnait tout simplement bien 🌸
J’espère que cet endroit offrira aux habitants de Port Vila un espace de détente, de bien-être et de douceur. Un lieu où l’on pourra se faire choyer, boire un bon café, déguster quelque chose de sain et frais, et prendre une vraie pause dans la journée. So, why this name? Since I was very young, my family has always called me Sissi. I got this nickname because I was obsessed with the Sissi the Empress movies. It became part of my identity, a tender name that I wanted to bring into this new adventure. And Bloom? Because I love the idea of blossoming. A flower unfolding, a positive energy taking shape, something gentle coming to life. And simply because… Sissi Bloom just sounded beautiful 🌸
I hope this little place will offer the people of Port Vila a space of relaxation, well-being and comfort. A place where you can be pampered, enjoy a good coffee, taste something fresh and healthy, and take a real break during your day.
