Hi everyone
Just a kind reminder that the lashes travel from really far! So sometimes unfortunately the glue does harden but there is a fix for that.
Also, we cannot be sure what condition the lashes are in when they leave our hands and when a customer buys them.

Issues with glue are universal it is not unique to us. Think of it like coconut oil, it will change in different climate but still can be useful and remedied!

Please see the video below if you want to save your glue. As for now this is the last time we are bringing clusters and will only sell them in future with a disclaimer to make sure people really understand before they make a purchase 🙂
