Oh boy, you caught me on a day. What's your routine?

Yes, these are MY nails with nothing on but a clear coat. I no longer spend bucco bucks at the salon because of the routine I began when I started my journey.

Take care of your nails and they'll take care of you! Like, seriously, you know the damage these babies could do?!

Let's talk about mental health. Like really talk about it. At the very least, I think it's safe to say society has agreed there's some importance to it. Destigmatizatize mental illness by just... sharing. You never know who it may help.

As some of you already know, summers are especially hard for me, as I lost two very close friends to su***de during a relatively short time span. I was already struggling with my own mental health, so I know I made a positive difference in their lives, even though it didn't change the outcome. It was never my decision to make in the end, but my support and my love mattered, and their lives - and deaths - made an incredible impact in my life and many others.

Summer must be near. Get 'em while they're H-O-T 🔥🌡🎆 🇺🇸 ! ❤🤍💙
