I saw a very disturbing post about a birth control pill that will make you menstruate just four times a year
And yes I'm making this post cause some ladies has come to me with 'nne please can you give me drugs to stop my menstruations' with flimsy reasons and I will be like what?
I mean ladies not married oo

Please dear woman go through your monthly cycle with pride, you don't have to stop it for any reason, endure the pain, it just 3/4/5 days in 30 days and that can't kill you or change you or make your spouse hate you or make you less of a person.
It's part of you as woman. Wash yourself very well doing this period and beyond, enjoy hot bath, stay indoors if it what your body need at that time, just do your thing and mehn bleed with pride.

so many women are in the hospital everyday treating amenorrhea, I guess you don't want to experience this, so why stopping it if it absence can cause you pains.
