Good morning lovelies,

As we are well into the swing of Christmas appointments please be aware of my Christmas policy below

* Please arrive to your appointment on time, anyone more than 10 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled but will still be liable for 100% of the treatment cost- having said that please bare with me if I am running behind
* Please give me at least 48hours notice of any cancellations, cancellations made within this time will result in 100% of the treatment cost being owed as it's unlikely I'll be able to fill the slot
* Please ensure you are booked in for the correct service i.e if you need a soak off please ensure you are letting me know.
* Any nail art inspo pics you have will need to be sent to me prior to the appointment.
* Please DO NOT attend your appointment if you are unwell as it would be unfair for me to cancel my clients or be unwell over Christmas
* Please ensure you have a form of payment with you on the day (cash or card) I haven't got time to be sending people details or chasing people.
* Please arrive at your appointment with clean, natural nails UNLESS booked in for a soak off
