Bumagsak sa semento ang biktimang ito matapos mahulog sa sinakyang amusement ride sa loob ng isang Carnival sa Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.

Agad dinala sa ospital ang biktima matapos magtamo ng mga sugat. Ayon sa report, dumulas ang inuupuang rides ng biktima kaya siya nahulog.

“Panginoon tulongan nmn ang aking anak..yakapin mo xa panginoon alisin mo lahat ng nararamdaman niang sakit sana maging okay ang opera niya,,nd ko kya pag may nangyaring nd maganda ang anak ko🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭😭😭.” Pahayag ng ina ng biktima na si Marivic Fajardo.

THE TROPICAL DEPRESSION OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINE AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY (PAR) CONTINUES TO MAINTAIN ITS STRENGTH AS IT MOVES WESTWARD

Location of Center (10:00 PM):
The center of the Tropical Depression was estimated based on all available data at 1,440 km East of Northeastern Mindanao (8.7°N, 139.4°E)

Intensity:
Maximum sustained winds of 45 km/h near the center, gustiness of up to 55 km/h, and central pressure of 1006 hPa

Present Movement: Almost stationary

Extent of Tropical Cyclone Winds:
Strong winds extend outwards up to 110 km from the center

GENERAL OUTLOOK FOR THE FORECAST PERIOD
• This tropical depression is forecast to track very slowly westward in the next 24 hours before gradually accelerating westward over the Philippines. On the forecast track, it may enter the PAR region on Monday and will be named QUEENIE. A turn to the west northwestward may occur by Tuesday as it approaches the sea area east of Mindanao. This tropical cyclone is forecast to remain as a tropical depression until Tuesday and may weaken into a remnant low on Wednesday.
• This weather system is unlikely to directly affect the country throughout the forecast period.

Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to continue monitoring for updates related to this tropical cyclone.

Unless an intermediate advisory or initial tropical cyclone bulletin is released, the next tropical cyclone advisory will be issued at 11:00 AM tomorrow.
