Winning Small Business of the Year 2022 for our reusable period pads is such an honour and was so unexpected ✨

The loveliest part was as I sat and listened to the presenters describing the winning business, I thought wow, they sound fantastic 👏🏼😂

Then I realised they were talking about us, and Floating Lotus is the fantastic small British business 🤩

There are loads of small businesses like ours across the UK, pouring so much time, love, sweat, tears and money into a business filled with passion and dedication, but it can be SO HARD as small business owners to remember how amazing we are doing.

So if you own a small business, don’t forget that you’re amazing and you deserve all the praise and recognition in the world. You’re a badass and don’t forget it 💕

WE DID A THING!!! 🏆🏆

We are so excited to announce that we have won 2 awards with run by 🤩

We were delighted to find out a few weeks ago that we were finalists in the ‘Net Hero’ award, a category for eco businesses focussed on sustainability, minimising carbon impact and other environmentally-focussed practices. 💚

We had no idea that tonight we would win the ‘Net Hero’ Award 😎 and were even more shocked to learn we also won overall ‘Small Business of the Year 2022’ 🤩

We feel so honoured, surprised and delighted (as you can see from my happy chops in the photo) to have won these 2 awards, what a feeling 💕

Thank you to The Small Awards for this recognition, and thank you to all of our pad customers and for your continued support of our little period pad business 😘😘

These period pads and bags are getting packed up for this week’s pad donation 🤩

For every pack of our period pads we sell, we donate a pad to period poverty charities and good causes both here in UK and internationally.
