NAT MUR is one of the most used remedies in my clinic. These slides highlight some of the themes I may see with my clients if I am considering prescribing this remedy, however as much as this is a very crammed post, I have barely scratched the surface of this profound remedy.

THUJA, Arbor Vitae, Tree of Life… Green is the colour of growth and Thuja is a remedy of growth and over production.

This fabulous remedy covers this over production in warts, polyps, fibroids, herpes, cysts, sinusitis and loads of catarrh - green discharges!

An individual who would benefit from this remedy may be marked with feelings of low self esteem with an inner doubt that causes the patient to spend great energy to portray a pleasing and expected image to the world. In the extreme, this may show up as secretiveness as this person tries to disguise what they don’t like about themselves, often through materialism and even deceptive behaviours.

So the second picture is of a wonderful giant Thuja Plicata which was in Batsford Arboretum that I visited last week. It is funny as my husband took the photo and I had intended to do this post about one of my favourite remedies, but hated the picture of me and those feelings of low self esteem and self doubt rolled on in… sooooo Thuja!
