Check out our brand new packaging bits!

All orders will now be packaged in there gorgeous white cardboard boxes! they're even thin enough to fit through your letter box!! 😻🙌

The boxes will also be sealed with our brand new recyclable packing tape! and every order will have a "please recycle me" sticker on to remind you to pop your packaging in the recycling bin when you're finished with it 💞

Everything in your order can be recycled, apart from the spoolies and the lashes themselves.

*we still have some of our old metallic envelopes left over, so we will use those until we run out - we won't be wasting them! however, they are not recyclable.

As our business is growing, I thought it would be a good idea to put a clear returns policy in place.

Once you have received your order, there will be a 7 day period where you can return your item(s) to us. If you would like to return you order all items must be in origional condition otherwise we will not give you a refund.

This means-
• unworn
• uncut
• undamaged
• in origional packaging
• packaging must not be damaged in anyway
