Things I wish I knew before my first solo trip ✈️

On my first one, I was 25, and extremely nervous. I also didn't sleep when I got to the hotel because I was staring at the door, waiting for someone to burst in 😅

1: Do not overpack
2: Check in 24 hours before for a free window seat
3. Check your passport is valid for travel (some may even require a visa for a short visit)

Hello again! I realised that I’ve never really formally introduced myself on here, so here I am, and what I do :)

I'm very random, as anyone who knows me personally will tell you. I love doing random side quests, both here and around the globe, and people always ask me how I do it, so I decided to share how to build confidence while solo traveling, focusing on Europe.

I went on my first solo trip at 25, and I wish I had a guide like this at the time, as I made many mistakes that I'll be teaching how to avoid. Aka, dos and don'ts.

This includes some story times of my time abroad, the good, bad, and the raw, and I’ve also taken care to make it easy to understand for my fellow overthinkers.
