Y’all Covid is still here and cold and flu season is coming up. After personally having Covid and struggling to breathe, turmeric has really been helping strengthen my lungs again. While turmeric is good for your lung health, sea moss is also a good anti viral. Glad I had both to help me kick Covid’s butt! Anybody else always cold like me? Have you been diagnosed with Anemia? I’m no doctor and I am not giving medical advice. Usually iron is used as a treatment for anemia and sea moss contains iron. Definitely something worth trying!! *Speaking from experience*
