Come and join me for a guided journey through electronic dance music.

We will begin by sharing a cup of cacao - a superfood and potent adaptogen that can potentiate and amplify experiences. Then we will begin the journey through music and dance, starting lying in savasana. As the music builds there will be an invitation to come to sitting and eventually to standing, coming upright and moving as much as the music calls you to do so. The music will then calm and quieten as we come back to the mat and back to savasana.

I am not a DJ (yet!) so I will not be beat matching or mixing. There will be a slight pause between tracks where you will have an opportunity yourself, to pause. I love electronic dance music - generally the really upbeat, happy stuff but sometimes I go a bit trancey. I danced a lot in my younger years and now I'm just too tired to dance all night. So, if a couple of hours of music, with a little bit of dancing, sounds like you then I'd love to share this music and dance journey with you. I love being able to listen to, and move to this music without drugs and alcohol, just with the beautiful plant medicine of cacao.
