1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
1 large Egg

🍽 Directions:

Mix one egg and 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Add spices as desired
Pour half the batter into waffle maker
Cook for 2-4 minutes
Add toppings
