Ok y’all, I’ve officially tried the MONAT Vegan protein shake. Now I am a huge critic on protein shakes, so I’m going to be 100% honest. It’s SO good, creamy, and does NOT leave a film on your palate. I’ve tried it a few different ways so far and these are my favorites. It’s good by itself but I always play around with the flavors of my shakes.
1) one scoop of protein and like 1/4 packet of sugar free lemon pudding mix with cold cold water. Tastes like lemon cream pie. 🍋
2) one scoop blended with 1/2 banana and 1/2 packet of sugar free hot cocoa mix again with cold cold water 🍫 🍌
