What do they do?
Many people struggle to get a restful night's sleep. These tried and tested stones could change that, for some people instantly.
Simply take off the lid 30min to an hour before bed to release the relaxing aromas into your bedroom.
When you go to bed you can either replace the lid or sleep with the lid off and replace in the morning.
Each pot contains natural lava stones infused with lavender and Chamomile both known for their relaxation and calming effects.
They can be used safely in children's rooms but for safety they must be kept out of reach.
