Sciatic pain or tight glutes?

Been seeing loads of this lately — from gym tweaks to general tightness. Here’s what you need to know:

💆‍♀️ Massage / cupping
Best for tight, achy muscles, knots, or built-up tension.

❄️ Ice
Use after a sudden injury or if there’s swelling (first 24–48 hrs).

🔥 Heat
Better for stiffness and ongoing tightness — not fresh injuries.

🚩 Get checked if:
• Sharp or severe pain
• Weakness, tingling or numbness
• Not improving after a couple of weeks
• Struggling to lift or move it properly
