Medical MBBS doctor is a leadership profession in Pakistan , you can get more pay and respect as a doctor than anyother field because it demand alot of struggle , devotion passion and hardwork.You are considered as a well educated personality. Where ever you work either in hospital or private setup you seems as a most respectable personality if you are doing your job with nobility and sincerity (if someone disrespect you despite you dont do anything wrong , its their own guilt as they are not getting that much respect in the society ,so ignore such people, there are good and bad people in the world , don't focus on bad one)
Don't dishearten if you are not getting jobs immediately after graduation it doesn't matter, this field demands time from you and struggle to settle down . Every field of Pakistan (either medical or non medical) has got saturated or at edge of saturation due to worse government policies and carefree nature, when you get into any field you came to know that field has already been saturation.So follow your passion
A plus point with mbbs doctors is that they can LEGALLY open their own clinic with no expenses.No field in the Pakistan can legally open a clinic and earns respectfully except Medical doctors. Value your Worth.
There are many clinical and non clinical post in which medical mbbs doctor can pursue like demonstrator, lecture, pharma companies,mphil, phd medical reachers NGOs etc everywhere you are seem as a respectable personality. This professional is very noble profession.

آج ایک شوگر کے مریض بزرگ کو میں نے میٹھا کھانے سے منع کرتے ہوا کہا کہ چینی اور گڑ شکر سے پرہیز کریں ۔۔۔۔۔ وہ بولے اگر اصلی خالص گڑ کھایا جائے تو اس میں تو کوئی چینی نہیں ہوتی ۔۔۔۔۔
اور میں سوچ رہا تھا اس قوم نے کب ترقی کرنی ہے ۔؟

Sometimes I think life's been so much unfair with some people.
بے چارے غریب لوگوں کو غریبوں والی بیماریاں ہی لگنی چاہیںیں ۔ یہ لیوکیمیا اور لمفوماز بے چاروں کے بس سے باہر ہیں۔
Last night a young 18Y female expired in our ward. She was a patient of anaplastic large cell lymphoma and was there since last week. She was in so much pain.
As we have children at our own homes, We can sense how it must be disturbing for parents to see their children in misery.
Two days ago while drawing her sample her father was like:
"ڈاکٹر صاحب پتا نئیں کتھوں ساڈے کھاڑے پے گئی اے بیماری۔ سانوں تے انہاں بیماریاں دے نام وہ نئیں اوندے۔ سانوں پتا اے اینیں نئیں بچنا، اللہ ہی ہے ایدی مشکل آسان کرے"
I don't know who they were but whoever they were "May Allah give them sabar and give Her the highest rank in jannah.
انا للہ وانا الیہ رجعون۔
PS: The system of Sending and receiving calls and shifting of patient to their concerned wards is so much bad in our structures. Many patients suffer because no one own them. There is so much that needs to be rectified. 🤷

کیا دانت نکلنے کے عمل کے دوران موشن اور بُخار ہو سکتا ہے ؟

دانت نکلنے سے motion کا کوئی تعلق نہیں ہوتا ، 6 ماہ کی عمر میں ہی دانت نکلنا شرو ع ہوتے ہیں اور یہی وہ وقت ہوتا ہے جب بچہ crawling بھی کرنا شرو ع کرتا ہے جس کی وجہ سے وہ ہاتھ منہ میں ڈالتا ہے اور جراثیم جسم کے اندر جانے کا زیادہ رسک ہوتا ہے اور اسی وجہ سے بچے کو motion لگتے ہیں ۔ درد کی وجہ سے بھی بچہ ہر چیز منہ میں ڈالتا ہے اور motion لگ جاتے ہیں
