Exfoliating is the process of removing dead skin, although it is necessary you can also overdo it.

If you have dry/normal skin I only recommend 1/2 a week and for oily skin I recommend 2/3 times a week.

Over exfoliating can lead to you damaging your skin barrier and will also effect your skin being able to retain moisture.

If you feel you’ve had this issue I would add a vajacial at your next appointment. 🤍
