First off, I usually don’t bash people BUT big but...
People have an issue supporting upcoming business owners because they portray a particular decorum over the phone but ultimately the customer service is beyond horrible in person.
I paid for photos to be taken, we communicate all the way up until the day of(he was aware over 2 weeks in advance). All of sudden he’s babysitting the day of…
Why accept something if you’ve committed to something else? Okay bet.
We discussed the pictures being taken with a camera but he said his boyfriend was keeping him from getting his camera bc I was a male client and he would have to use his phone.
Who getting in the way of my bagggg?????
I was repeatedly asked what could be done to rectify the situation.
After given the option to have the pics retaken with the camera, retouched, or I refund I chose the refund. After I gave him my cash app I got no response.
I’ve never had my photos taken so the whole experience was extremely traumatizing. I’ll attach the pictures for your review.
