For moms made for more
Well.. didn’t expect my kids to have the tummy bug being past my due date lol, but this is how it’s going 😅
Wouldn’t it be so helpful to put in expecting mama’s areas at grocery stores?
I mean the belly does come in handy sometimes 😆
Comment “POSTPARTUM CART” and I’ll send you the list to these low tox items 🫶🏻
The raspberry leaf tea doesn’t hit right when it’s on its own so we made a little modifications 😜
Pregnant mama’s how do you incorporate your raspberry leaf tea?
Sorry hunny you know I love you 🤣

There are parts of us that don’t fully surface until life slows us down enough to notice them.
Being this close to having my third baby has brought a lot of reflection I didn’t expect. Things I thought I had moved past… patterns I didn’t realize were still shaping how I respond, how I push through pain, how I stay quiet when I need help, and how I measure my worth.
I didn’t grow up in a loving or easy environment, and I had to learn early how to carry more than any child or person should’ve had to carry. And while that helped me survive back then, I’m realizing some of those survival habits don’t serve the woman or the mother I’m becoming now.
What’s been hardest to admit is how much I still try to do everything on my own even though my husband is always helping regardless of his own work load. How quickly I minimize my pain. How easily I connect my value to what I can accomplish. And how unfamiliar it still feels to simply receive help or let myself be seen in my weakest moments.
But God has been gently meeting me in all of it.
Not with shame, but with invitation.
An invitation to unlearn.
To soften.
To receive support.
To let myself be a freakin human being especially in front of the people I love.
And to believe that rest, need, and even tears are not weaknesses. They’re part of being held and healed.
As I prepare for this next baby, I don’t just want to bring another child into the world… I want to break cycles in my own heart so they don’t get passed down.
Not perfectly. Not all at once.
But with God leading the way, one moment of surrender at a time.
Because healing isn’t about becoming someone new overnight, it’s about letting Him rewrite what was once survival into something safe.
