March is Brain Injury Awareness Month 🧠💚

This month is incredibly important to me, not just as a titleholder, but as someone deeply passionate about making a difference. Through my SERVE initiative, StopTheCollision: Concussion Awareness, I am committed to educating athletes, students, and families about recognizing the signs of concussions, reporting symptoms, and prioritizing brain health over the game.

Brain injuries are often invisible — but their impact is very real. Education leads to prevention. Prevention leads to protection. And protection saves futures.

Let’s use this month to start conversations, break stigmas, and make brain safety a priority in every classroom, every field, and every community. 💚

Things I wish people knew about concussions 🧠

Education leads to understanding.
Understanding leads to safer athletes, students, and communities.
