It's okay to feel anxiety!
However, you may never know what someone else is feeling. Although you might have experienced anxiety, its hidden aspects are very diverse and vary in severity. It's always better to ask the person experiencing it to describe how they feel, so that we can understand and help them better.
Anxiety is normal, you do not control it so you should not let it make you feel weak or bad about yourself. Educate yourself and those around you about it so we can all understand you better.
