To be honest, I can’t even count. 🙈

We make decisions everyday based on feelings. I feel like this is good for me? 😘😭🤢 I feel like I can’t do this because (insert excuse).
It’s time we checked in ☑️ ourselves and really examined who we are, where we are going, how we want to get there and how we want to finish this race 🏎 we call life.
I don’t know about you, but I’m tired of excuses and I want to live way above the line. Who’s with me?

Do you ever find yourself eating when you’re in a mood?
It could be any mood — happy, sad, tired, lonely — this is called emotional eating.
We can often find ourselves running to food in these situations. However, we will always be carrying some type of emotion that may cause us to over eat.
The next time you want to run to the fridge or your favorite fast food place, try one of these tips instead:
🚶♀️Take a walk
🧎♀️Pray
📓 Journal on how you are feeling
🎧 Listen to music
📚 Read a book
🛁 Take a bath
☎️ Call a friend
🎥 Watch a good movie
🧹 Clean your house
🏋️♂️ Hit the gym
Stay motivated and remeber that emotional eating never eases the situation.
