The first day of spring feels like a fresh start. Longer days and skin that’s ready to breathe again.

As the sun returns, what we put on our skin matters. Mineral-based sunblock (like zinc oxide) sits gently on the skin, reflecting the sun’s rays rather than chemical sunscreens that break down and are absorbed into the body.

Sunning tips:
-🕶️Don’t wear sunglasses when in the sun. They prevent your body from recognizing it needs to activate its natural defenses. Limit them to an occasional accessory.
- ☀️Let your skin get sun in small doses and take advantage of its health benefits.
-👙Slowly build up a skin callus (a tan) and you won’t burn as easy.
-🏄‍♂️When in th sun for prolonged periods, wear a hat and long sleeve shirt or rash guard and apply a mineral-based sunblock to exposed areas.
