An "insane society" is not far from a society that:

1. Arrives at conclusions, without evidence/facts.
2. Encourages irrational behavior.
3. Rejects logic and reasoning.
4. Prioritises short-term gains over long-term consequences.
5. Lacks insight into the obvious causes of their persistent problems.
6. Suppresses dissenting voices and critical thinking.
7. Embraces delusional thinking.
8. Loses touch with reality.
9. Considers sanity abnormal.
10. Promotes dogma.

A "failed society" is not far from a society, characterised by:

1. Political instability and corruption.
2. Economic collapse or stagnation.
3. Widespread poverty and inequality.
4. Lack of access to education, healthcare, and basic services.
5. High crime rates and violence.
6. Social unrest and conflict.
7. Environmental degradation.
8. Collapse of infrastructure and public services.
9. Loss of cultural identity and values.
10. Brain drain and talent flight.
