Nuestro paciente, de 47 años, llegó a Clínica Eguren por una rosácea de años de evolución que, en los últimos meses, había empeorado drásticamente.
Como se aprecia en las fotos presentaba papulo-pústulas en la zona del surco nasal, multitud de hiperplasias sebáceas y algo que no se ve en imágenes, desesperación por volver a verse bien. Además, la nariz había llegado a deformarse y aumentar, incluso, su tamaño.
La .beatrizbutron pautó tratamiento con vitamina A oral a dosis bajas, ivermectina y una rutina cosmética sencilla pero bien construida.
Además, realizamos 6 sesiones de Kleresca con para controlar el componente inflamatorio con un magnífico resultado.
