Doing hair is something I take pride in! I don’t mind learning new things, being creative or different! Not every stylist is for you, or every person that comes to get their hair done is your client. But my job as a stylist is to be real and honest w you about your hair, educate you, give you a good experience, and to keep growing. I’m more than a braider! I’m more than someone who just does hair for the money. I actually love doing hair and I can’t imagine myself doing something outside my field.

Good morning! Winter is coming quicker than expected so Ima come a lot Easter than expected! 11 days of doing hair. Touch ups available if needed! Tape in service available upon request and more!

Make sure to get those ends trimmed! Healthy hair over long hair…but why not have both! Find a stylist that cares about the maintenance of your hair!

Wash and blow dry are included in EVERY service. If wanting braids, the hair is provided! Wanting a sew in but need the hair colored $50. Don’t see what you want but need your hair done, lmk and we’ll get you taken care of!

LONG POST ALERT 🚨

😪 before I go in detail: yes I told this client I’m bout to blast her and yes we did have this talk and yes I told her she needs her ends trimmed:

Hey y’all! Sooo when your stylist ask you to come washed and blown out, or gives you that option to come washed and blown out…this is how some of y’all be coming. We ask that you come blown out/blow dried for various reasons:
1. Minimizes time YOU have to be in the chair
2. Utilizes time in the chair more efficiently
3. Some braiders, are not allowed to wash hair

Either way, left is incorrect and the right is the correct way to come w your hair blown out. You do not have to straighten your hair in order to blow dry and get braids ( too much heat just to be putting it in a protective style)

If you struggle to blow out/ blow dry your hair , here are some helpful tips for next time:
1. Wash hair 2x thoroughly and condition (if you like you can detangle your hair w a wide tooth comb or brush while conditioner is on)
2. After conditioning and rinsing please add a moisturizer, leave in conditioner to the hair before blow drying
3. Section the hair into 4-8 parts depending on the density of the hair
4. Start in the back section of the head and blow dry the hair, going from ends to root and root to ends, this will allow even distribution of heat throughout the hair
5. Repeat throughout the next section
Or
Just ask your stylist to blow dry your hair, but be prepared to be charged additional
