It has been proven that watching the sunrise or sunset gives you a better sense of gratitude for the earth. When you are caught up in the natural beauty of the Earth, you rid yourself of any distractions and feel higher levels of satisfaction and gratitude for what's happening in front of you. I don’t know about you, but when I watch a sunset/rise I feel this overwhelming sense of tranquility.
What do you feel? 🌅

Experience life fully when it gives you the opportunity. Those are the moments you’ll never regret, and never forget.

After leaving school I didn’t pick up a paint brush for years. I felt there was some sort of imbalance in my life. I realised I was craving creativity! I loved to Photograph scenery and animals when I travel. But I wanted something I could do without having to travel to other parts of the world. Then I walked past a boutique art store in London and something just called out to me to go and explore to be inspired.
I was drawn to the water colours. And thought this would be a perfect place to start. I started drawing my favourite flowers everywhere I’d go. If you feel like you’re lacking creativity in your life, I really recommend getting excited about a material to work with or a certain object you enjoy looking at. That’s a great place to start. This outlet has made me really appreciate wildflowers and now I really feel connected to nature when I’m around it. I look for the details and shadows automatically.

Who else misses coffee culture? 🤚. If there’s one place on Earth that knows this best, it’s my second home Australia. There’s a whole culture around these perfectly crafted cups of hot (not too hot) joe. I miss the social aspect of saying hello to your barista friends, and sitting down for an hour or two for a good old chin wag. I also love specialty coffee because you’re made aware of where there beans have come from. Why they were chosen by your barista and the care it takes to put together the perfect cup of coffee. FYI my go to is an unsweetened oat/almond flat white 👌 what’s your favourite coffee? Any why?
