I had a long caption written out about 2022 and I erased it. In a nutshell, 2022 was beautiful but equally challenging to my mind, body and soul.
I’m speaking life into 2023 that I rest more, be present more instead of worrying about my mom to-do list in my head that isn’t real and that those that I love feel my appreciation for them in our lives.
That’s it. No weight loss bu****it, no big gains financially, no unrealistic expectations for myself.
I pray all of you know each and everyday that you are unique, important and magical just as you are right now.
