TODAY IS WORLD OSTEOPOROSIS DAY

Osteoporosis is a serious condition that causes your bones to become fragile and brittle. It affects at least 3 million people in the UK, and women are particularly at risk of developing it. This is due to hormonal changes that occur during the first five years after reaching menopause and could result in rapid bone density loss if not prevented.

Vitamin D3 plays a key role when it comes to effective calcium absorption and maintaining strong bones, so keeping healthy D levels is really important for Osteoporosis prevention. In the years leading up to, during after menopause, we recommend women to monitor their calcium intake and also to test their Vitamin D3 levels and take supplements to prevent softening of the bones.

To mark World Osteoporosis Day, we are offering our customers 40% off our High Strength Vitamin D3 supplement, available via Amazon. Please use code: CJM769A8 at the checkout. Offer only valid today (20 October 2015).
