What if you walked into your gym and this was on the TV even if you hadn’t signed up for a class, just in case you came?

What if on the app the videos were already in ASL?

What if you were so comfortable with how the manager communicates with you the way you want?

What if it was built with you in mind before you got there?

That’s true inclusivity.

DM to train with me today ONLINE!

I don’t know anyone out there doing this so come workout with us. 🤍 Your health matters more than anything else.

If you haven’t started training with me, here is the content you’re missing.

💥 Link in Bio! 💥

The content is available in both ASL and English with captions!

You can follow our workout program at or just get access to the movement library I’ve created without specific workouts to follow. 🤌

These tools have been created to increase accessibility about health and wellness to the d/Deaf and Hard of Hearing communities. You don’t have to use ASL to follow the programming though. It’s made in both languages. 😍

1000% over fighting about oc/cc/subtitles. Say yes to Open Captions. It’s not fair that Deaf people only have one or two movies a month. They can go to the theater and have full access during.

this dream started about eight years ago when my dear friend asked me why I don’t do CrossFit using ASL. From that day forward, we started in person classes and it was a blast! At our highest point, we had 26 staff athletes in one class together. I’ll always be grateful to all of those athletes for letting me be their first CrossFit coach.

Then, of course, life hit and Covid happened. I had a couple of babies and now I’m finally able to bring this programming to you through Fitness elevated programming using .

in the video above, you have seen a demonstration of what the programming looks like in ASL. You can work out as many or a few days a week as you like. The program is month-to-month and you can cancel it anytime. If you already have your own workout program and just want access to CrossFit movements using g American Sign Language, you can just pay for access to a library. •This video library is NOT for teach teaching sign language but for education, educational purposes & access accessibility. AND the signs I use are some I have seen in the Deaf community and some I use myself. These videos do not speak for the deaf or hard-of-hearing communities that use ASL.•

cannot wait to see you on the leaderboard! 🏆

make sure you follow 🤌 this page for announcement on Zoom, in person, and online training.
