We are looking for a social media specialist for our office in India to attract and interact with targeted virtual communities and network users. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement, website traffic and new generated leads. Please send your resumes at [email protected]

The ideal candidate:
Fluency in English
Proven working experience as a social media marketer (preferably minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing)
Proven experience with SEO (will be considered an advantage)
Excellent writing, editing (photo, text), presentation skills

Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels (previous experience in FMCG will be considered an advantage)

Responsibilities:
The candidate will manage the company social media platforms (11 Twitter accounts, 15 pages, 1 Linkedin page, 1 Google Plus, 1 Pinterest) as follows:
• Executes social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, messaging and audience identification (finds relevant groups and communities online, both on the social media platforms and other online environments, to promote our videos, blog posts, catalogues etc; constantly verifies the company’s online presence and actively searches for new opportunities that can grow the business, such as online magazines, online stores, reviews websites, industry influencers etc; replies to messages and engages DAILY with existing followers on each of the platforms)
• Generates, edits, publishes and shares daily content that builds meaningful connections on social media platforms: original text, blog posts, visual ads, relevant articles (B2B and B2C), all related with the trending topics
• Writes PR’s and submits them on websites when necessary
• Contributes with text changes for the company’s websites (14 brands) when needed
• Sets up and optimizes company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Keeps weekly reports with social media analytics and plans content as per results (take out what didn’t generate engagement, adjust the content type to the platform etc)
• Works actively on increasing the “fan base” (page likes) organically for each of the accounts – both with B2B contacts and end consumers
• Activates and monitors social media campaigns

Coordinates with other teams for advertising the participation to the event (email marketing, print advertising, social media campaign, press releases, posting on trade sites etc)
Runs post show analysis to evaluate the results in terms of generated leads
Collects data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidates information into actionable reports and presentations
Provides competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identifies market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
Interprets data, formulates reports and makes recommendations
